A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. Most leaders start doing the things in the reverse orders. They tell their team members without a clear vision, and action on their on part. Result is that his team members neither find any inspirational nor academic value in them.

The program focuses on three most vital actions - to know, to do, and to train - of an inspirational leader. Participants will learn how to understand the development level of the team member and according choose any or all the strategies - direct, coach, support, or delegate - as per situations.

The program aims at developing problem solving and decision making skills using various tools and techniques. The tools range from Linear Program to Fish-Bone-Diagram. To find innovative solutions imagination must be unleased. After the decision has been found it must be taken to avoid analysis paralysis.
